Benidorm exposes its integral solutions in terms of energy efficiency
Benidorm has exposed its comprehensive solutions in terms of energy efficiency in a day that has been developed at the Dinapsis Operantion & Lab center in Benidorm. A work meeting organized by the Valencian Association of Companies of the Energy Sector (AVAESEN), which includes more than 100 associated companies in the renewable energy sector, circular economy, water cycle, waste management and 'smart cities' . The meeting is part of the working group 'Think Tank Smart Cities', which brings together the leading cities in technological development, including Benidorm, with companies of the association.
The conference was attended by the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, who explained to the attendees the city's commitment to the development of initiatives that will mark the development of the immediate future of the city, with a special emphasis on the Strategy of Sustainable Urban Development (EDUSI), which has recently received a grant of 10 million euros and which will involve the development of actions for a value of 38. Likewise, Pérez has also explained other initiatives such as the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) ) or the Sustainable Urban Transport Plan (SUTP), which will be subject to the assessment of the corporation in the ordinary plenary session next Monday, June 25.
