Vivancos, Rozalén and Sweet California join the summer offer and will perform at Julio Iglesias Auditorium

Benidorm completes its poster, which will feature 20 performances

Benidorm summer season events poster is now complete. The Councilor for Events and Festivals, José Ramón González de Zárate, has detailed that this poster, under the brand of 'Benidorm Music & Emotion', closes with "20 events among festivals, concerts and performances of dance, humor and children's shows" , and has detailed that "when planning and designing this programming we have taken into account the diversity of the public; trying that everybody could find an event that coincides with their tastes or preferences ". Also, he added, "we have searched for the variety of artistic genres, since we have not limited ourselves to music alone but have also opted for other disciplines such as dance".

The person in charge of Events has detailed that this program combines "artists of national and international renown" that "will undoubtedly contribute to the fact that the name of Benidorm continues to play strongly within the segment of events and that the city consolidates itself as a stage " In addition, "we are convinced that this poster will continue to arouse the public's attention, and will make many people move to Benidorm to attend one or several of these events, and even plan their vacations in function of that calendar. "

De Zárate has reported that to the events already presented in recent months there are three others, all programmed at the Julio Iglesias Auditorium in the Parque de l'Aigüera: Los Vivancos, Rozalén and Sweet California.

The Vivancos arrive in Benidorm on July 21 with their successful show 'Born to Dance', which has been represented for two years all over the world. The assembly of the special and innovative show that Los Vivancos proposes, that celebrates life and diversity, combines music with special effects and has counted on the advice of professionals in digital and aeronautical technology. As in the rest of the tour, part of the collection of his performance in Benidorm will be aimed at helping children, through the Querer Foundation, which works in education, research and dissemination related to children with special needs derived from neurological diseases.

Nine days before Los Vivancos will be in the Julio Iglesias Auditorium the Sweet California group, which repeats in Benidorm after the success of last year. Finally, on August 23 it will be the turn of one of the artists that is most playing: Rozalén. The singer arrives in the city after reaping success after success in her performances throughout Spain and after achieving the golden record with her third solo work: 'Cuando el río suena'.

The councilor recalled that within this program, which starts this weekend and will continue until mid-October, "there are four powerful events" at the Ciudad Deportiva Guillermo Amor: the Reggaeton Beach Festival, the Low Festival, Operación Triunfo and Ricky Martin. The rest of the performances, mostly, will be held in the Julio Iglesias Auditorium, which "becomes the epicenter of music and events in our city."

De Zárate recalled that "as we announced last January at the fair of Fitur, we wanted to make a powerful music cycle, which was a national and international reference" and that, in addition, supposed an attractive and tourist attraction. The mayor has indicated that it is being carried out, in collaboration with Visit Benidorm, "an important promotion work to try to reach absolutely everyone" and that the events serve to "attract tourists to the city" whose presence "reverts to our hotels, establishments of restoration and commerce ".
