Benidorm celebrates with the National Police Los Angeles Custodios Festivity
The National Police in Benidorm celebrates today the festivity of its patrons, Los Angeles Custodios. The acts have started with the celebration of a Mass in the Church of El Buen Pastor that has been attended by the acting mayor, Ana Pellicer; the councilor for Citizen Security, Lorenzo Martínez, along with other members of the Municipal Corporation. The chief curator of the body in Benidorm, Antonio Selva, and the Chief Commissioner of the Local Police of Benidorm, Juan Fuertes, participated in the Eucharist. as well as representatives of the Civil Guard and local police from nearby towns.
After the religious ceremony, in the Hall of Acts of Benidorm City Hall medals and distinctions have been given to the policemen who during the last year have distinguished themselves in the performance of their work. A thank-you plaque has also been delivered to the City Council for its collaboration that the acting mayor, Ana Pellicer, has received on behalf of the entire Corporation.
