Benidorm and Finestrat extend the advisory agreement with the Alicante Bar Association to floor clauses
The City Councils of Benidorm and Finestrat and the Provincial Bar Association of Alicante have extended the agreement to provide free advice in mortgages to extend it for floor clauses. The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez; his counterpart of Finestrat, Juan Francisco Pérez; and the delegate of the Governing Board of the Bar Association, Carmen Mª Díaz, today have signed this 'addenda' to extend the agreement in the presence of the councilors of Social Welfare of both municipalities, Ángela Llorca and María Llorca.
This free advisory service has been in operation since 2013, is 50% funded by both municipalities and has an annual cost of 1,650 euros. Following the extension signed today, lawyers of the Bar Association attached to the service will also advise the citizens of Benidorm and Finestrat on floor clauses.
