Anemone presents its most supportive calendar in collaboration with Mediterranean Fashion Beach
The Association Anémona Marina Baixa has presented this morning in Benidorm City Hall a solidarity calendar to raise funds entirely to continue to meet the objectives that the self-help group puts at the service of society. The presentation to the media was attended by the mayor Toni Pérez, the head of Mediterranean Fashion Beach, Juan Matea, members of Obra Social "La Caixa", Francesc Andreu Pérez and Pepa Satorres and the photographer Juan Carlos Gallego who has made the images that appear on it.
The calendar has been made thanks to the initiative of Mediterranean Fashion Beach, organizer of the National Bath Fashion Award, and has had the collaboration of Obra Social "La Caixa". It contains 12 snapshots that reflect scenes in the surroundings of Benidorm, and convey a message of naturalness. They have participated in them components of the collective Anémona and part of the team that made possible the activities of the 65th anniversary of the Bikini in Spain.
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez thanked the collaborating companies for their commitment to support these initiatives and stressed that this solidarity calendar "serves to fight against breast cancer and improve the problems suffered by a patient and his/her family in his day to day for having suffered this disease. "
The president of Anémona María Botella highlighted that "thanks to the donation we have obtained from Obra Social" La Caixa ", we have been able to acquire a machine for the treatment of our patients".
Anémona 2019 solidary calendar can be purchased in the main establishments of the city and bookstores at a price of € 10. In addition, all those who wish to spread this campaign through social networks, can do so through the hashtag #YoTengoYaElMio.
Clarification
In relation to this note Caixabank has notified the following clarification:
When talking about the Caixabank Social Work, when he should talk about Obra Social "la Caixa"
In the words of María, the president of Anémona says "thanks to the funding we have obtained from Caixabank ...", it is not correct, since the one that collaborates is the social work, logically does not finance anything (makes donations).
