AFA moves its headquarters to the social center 'Pepa Esperanza Llinares Llorca'

The Association of Relatives, Patients and Collaborators of Alzheimer's of the Marina Baixa, AFA, has initiated the definitive transfer of its headquarters to the municipal Social Center 'Pepa Esperanza Llinares Llorca' in La Cala, after the collaboration agreement between the entity and the City Council signed only a month ago.

This afternoon, the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and the councilor for Social Welfare, Angela Llorca, have visited the Social Center to finalize, in the company of the president of AFA, Garbiñe Mondragón, details before the association is operative to 100% in its new location where it has almost 400 m2 useful divided into several rooms with natural light: multipurpose room, exercises, adapted toilets, storage, etc. The City Council has also provided the new furniture with which to complete some facilities and services greater than the one previously available to the group.
