There will be two different games with eight sessions each for groups of 6 people
Youth department programs on December 19 a day of ‘Escape Room’
The Youth Council has scheduled an ‘Escape Room’ day for next December 19, which will take place at ‘José Pérez Barceló’ Municipal Conservatory of Music and Dance. The mayor of the area, Jaime Jesús Pérez, explained that “with this free 'Escape Room' day we want to complement the leisure offer for the youth population that we have programmed for the month of December in l'Espai Jove by opting for the 'Escape Rooms', an activity that has more and more followers and that requires participants to work as a team and make use of their logical and deductive capacity to escape from the room in the established time ”.
Pérez has detailed that "on the day there will be two games with different themes, each with eight passes for groups of 6 people." Passes will be made every hour between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m., with the last pass from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., although participants are required to be 15 minutes in advance to be informed about the rules.
The first of the games is 'Claus's Workshop'. Set around Christmas time, it recreates the workshop where Mr. Claus and his elves prepare gifts for the little ones. Players must help the elves to find the list of boys and girls who have been good and thus thwart the plans of the Grouchy elf, who in a fit and to spoil Christmas has changed the original document for a false one.
The second game is titled "Operation Ponte Rosso" and is aimed at users with a more youthful-adult profile. It takes place in a safe house of the famous Italian mafia, the Ponte Rosso family. In this case, the family has been attacked by their rival gang, La Triada. The two people who lived in the apartment have passed away. Participants must retrieve all the information in the place and put it to safety before the police discover all the businesses and plans that the family has in mind.
Registration to participate in any of the games can be done through the email youth@benidorm.org, at the Youth Information Center or by phone 965853041. During the activity, participants must wear soft shoes and wear a mask at all times .
