The traditional 'Sopar d'Estiu del Roser' brings together more than 200 diners at Ermita de Sanç
More than 200 people gathered last night at Ermita de Sanç to participate in the traditional 'Sopar d'Estiu' organized by the Roser Festival Committee, to raise funds for the festivities that will take place next October in this unique enclave of l'Horta de Benidorm
The Mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and the Councillor for Fiestas, Mariló Cebreros, have participated in the event, together with other members of the municipal government team, many residents of the neighbourhood and other districts of the city.
Dozens of people have worked hard during the last few weeks organising the event, which this year was based on the musical ‘Mamma Mia’, a work by the British playwright Catherine Johnson, with pieces by the Swedish group Abba.
After the dinner and raffle of prizes, the party continued until dawn, with the end of the party and a bar at popular prices.
