Plutón Street will change its direction of traffic this Tuesday to improve mobility during the works on Jaime I Avenue

Benidorm City Council will change the direction of traffic on Plutón Street – Virgen de la Merced Street next Tuesday, July 14th, to improve traffic flow in the area affected by the ongoing roadworks on Avenida Jaime I.

With this change, the street will become one-way towards Jaime I Avenue, creating a new exit for vehicles from the city centre onto one of the city's main thoroughfares.

This change will help distribute traffic more evenly and ease traffic at the exit points onto Jaime I and Tomás Ortuño, thereby improving traffic flow while the roadworks continue.
