'Okupa la calle' brings sports activities to neighbors in the Mobility Week
On the occasion of the European Week of Mobility, the Department of Sports in collaboration with sports monitors, is organizing a week full of sports activities aimed at young people in the street with the slogan 'Okupa la calle', closed to traffic and without parked vehicles.
Italia street welcomes this activity since last Monday that will last until tomorrow Friday, developing different sports activities like floorball, minibasket or volleyball, exhibitions of basketball in charge of the Basketball Club Servigroup Benidorm, zumba, aerobics and popular games which already more than 500 neighbors have enjoyed.
The schedule of these activities is from 17 to 20 hours. Today and tomorrow also inflatable castles and a human table football will be installed.
This afternoon there will be an exhibition in charge of Benidorm Skating Club, which all children can attend with their skates and helmet. Tomorrow Friday, the day will focus its attention especially on adapted sports.
