L'Espai Coworking offers 5 offices for new entrepreneurs
The monthly fee is 150 euros, with payment exemption during the first six months
L'Espai Coworking in Benidorm has five offices available after several entrepreneurial projects have been completed in these facilities that Benidorm City Council offers for freelancers, SMEs or micro-SMEs to develop their business and professional projects.
The Councilor for Employment, Mónica Gómez, explained that “l'Espai Coworking provides these entrepreneurs with a place from where to launch or deploy their activity and to do so, in addition, in a work environment that favours the establishment of relationships and synergies.
Gómez recalled that this Espai Coworking “is located on Juan Fuster Zaragoza Avenue, on the first floor of Aquarium building, and has an area of 150 square meters, a meeting room and other spaces for collective use.”
Since its opening in mid-2019, “more than twenty companies and entrepreneurs with very diverse profiles who have developed projects in Benidorm have stayed at l'Espai Coworking; projects that are mostly still active after passing through these facilities that are managed by the Employment and Local Promotion Agency (AEDL).”
Professionals and companies that settle in l'Espai Coworking pay a monthly rent of 150 euros for each work centre. However, "to facilitate the beginnings of these entrepreneurial projects, during the first six months they are exempt from paying the rent."
"At this time," he stated, "there are four work centres with entrepreneurial projects linked to legal services on patents and trademarks, socio-educational and socio-cultural services for the promotion of well-being, digital solutions for the promotion of the circular economy and recognition software facial for tourist establishments.”
In addition to these companies and professionals, Jovempa and Memba associations also have their own coworking space.
