Jovempa Marina Baixa elects Alejandro Gómez as its new president
The meeting room of El Torrejó hosted the Extraordinary General Assembly of Jovempa, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of the Marina Baixa, in which fifty members participated and was attended by the mayor, Toni Pérez, together with the councilor of Employment and Local Promotion, Mónica Gómez, and the first deputy mayor, Ana Pellicer.
At the assembly, Alejandro Gómez, Manager of Gs Urban, a company dedicated to leather goods, was elected as the new president of the organization, replacing Ramón Soriano who took office during the pandemic.
After the opening of the act, the mayor of Benidorm addressed the fifty or so young businessmen gathered to encourage them to "continue with strength-generating attractions so that there are many young people who understand that building your own company and bringing it to fruition is a passion and a way of life.
Toni Pérez recalled that ours is a "land of opportunities" and stressed the importance of having "in Benidorm, in the Marina Baixa and in the province of Alicante" young people who "have enthusiasm, commitment and risk" and stressed that In this vital commitment, the City Council "will always be by your side".
They make up the new board of Jovempa Marina Baixa, along with Gómez, Dionisio Navarro, Lucía Sánchez, Román Mayor, Cristian Rojas, Josan Piqueres, Maite Santander, Alejandra Pardo, Daniel Femenía and Rodrigo Lacoste.
