The course will be held on October 4 and will teach attendees how to deal with the local administration
Employment and AICO organize an electronic invoicing workshop for entrepreneurs in Benidorm
The Department of Employment and Local Promotion of Benidorm City Council and the Association of Merchants (AICO) have organized a practical workshop aimed at local entrepreneurs and self-employed workers. The course, with the name of 'electronic billing before the local administration (Invoices + FACE)' will be taught on October 4 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the El Torrejó building.
This eminently practical workshop was presented this morning by the Councilor for Employment, Mónica Gómez, and the president of AICO, Raúl Parra. There, the councilor recalled that after the entry into force of law 18/2022 of September 28, the use of electronic invoices was made mandatory for entrepreneurs who work with the public administration.
“AICO conveyed to us the need to train and inform entrepreneurs, merchants, and self-employed workers who intend to work with the City Council and that is why this workshop was organized,” said Gómez, who also specified that attendees must bring their laptop and the digital certificate “because it is a practical activity.”
Raúl Parra, for his part, pointed out that it was “a demand from years ago that City Hall purchases be increasingly channeled towards local companies, and as a result of the pandemic it has accelerated.” “For this reason,” Parra continued, “entrepreneurs have to adapt to new times and new technologies.” The president of the merchants has described this course as “fundamental” for those companies that want to work with the City Council.
Finally, both have encouraged all those interested to enroll in the course. To do this, they can do so through the AICO association itself or the Employment and Local Promotion Agency.
