La Diputación ofrece un curso de español online para residentes internacionales

Alicante Provincial Council offers international residents an online Spanish course to improve their knowledge of the language. The Councilor for Foreign Residents, Ana Pellicer, has encouraged "people registered in the city of other nationalities who want to improve their Spanish to enroll in this free training, which is adapted to the level of each student."
The course lasts approximately 9 months and offers 400 places. Those who register will take a level test and a progression test, and will be able to choose access to the system in 14 languages.
As explained by the Provincial Council, the user can access the system from their computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, although there is also the possibility of using tablets or mobile phones although some functionalities will not be available. Likewise, there is the possibility of working off-line by previously downloading the units.
Students will have at their disposal a tutorial to learn about the system, technical assistance in Spanish and English by email and will be able to customize the course based on their interests and progress.
To participate you only have to be registered in Benidorm and provide a copy of the census note, dated from March 2019 onwards. If the person does not have this document, they can request it through the website (https://sede.benidorm.org) using their digital certificate, or request it in the email residentextranjero@benidorm.org indicating their name, surname, sex , nationality, place and date of birth, address and ID, passport or residence card.
Registration can be formalized until June 30 or until the available places are completed at www.ciudadanosextranjeros.es, where you will also find all the detailed information about the course.
Once the registration is formalized, the students will receive access codes, which they must use within a week to take the level test. During the first month, a minimum of 10 hours of online course must be completed; while to receive the certification a minimum of 50 hours is required during its duration.
