Benidorm finalizes security operation for the three Benidorm Fest galas

Benidorm City Council has finalised the security and health arrangements for the fifth edition of Benidorm Fest, which will take place next week at Palau d’Esports l’Illa de Benidorm. The usual coordination meeting to finalise all the details was held at the same venue yesterday. Attending the meeting were technicians and representatives from the Departments of Public Safety and Events, the Local Police, the National Police Corps, the Red Cross, and Civil Protection.

In addition to the Local Police and National Police officers, a private security team of just over 50 people will be on hand. Three ambulances staffed with medical and nursing personnel will be on site.

The semi-final galas will take place on February 10th and 12th, and the final will be held on Saturday, the 14th. Both semi-finals will begin at 10:45 PM, and the grand final at 10:00 PM. On all three days, the doors of Palau d’Esports will open at least an hour and a half in advance so that attendees can enter and enjoy the atmosphere before the galas.
