Toni Pérez participates in the conference on 'Gender Violence and toxic relationships' held at UNED in Benidorm
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, has participated this afternoon in the day organized by UNED of Benidorm on 'Gender Violence and toxic relationships', a day sponsored by Benidorm City Council and in which different talks have been held.
The first presentation has been given by Carmelo Hernández Ramos, professor at the University of Alicante, and has dealt with gender abuse in the adolescent population and on how to distinguish between toxic relationships and egalitarian relationships of affection, companionship or love.
After the first presentation a talk was held in which the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, participated; the psychologist and agent of Equality, Dolores Martínez; the Doctor in Political Sciences and Sociology and president of the Athena Foundation, Domingo Comas; the titular professor of Sociology of the UNED, Josune Aguinaga; and the director of the Associated Center of the UNED of Denia, Raquel Martí.
After the talk, the program has had a new paper under the title 'Gender Violence, social and legal reality?', Given by José Pablo Cuéllar, associate professor of Criminal Law at the University of Alicante. Then, the teacher of Early Childhood Education Sonia Carrió has starred in the performance 'This is our dance', focusing on the theme of the day.
