Prosecutors and magistrates will give training sessions to the Local Police of Benidorm
The Department of Public Security directed by Lorenzo Martínez, has organized for 12, 13 and 14 December a training session aimed at the professional collective of the Local Police in collaboration with the Deanship of the Courts of Benidorm.
The training activity will be held in the morning, from 9.15 am until 13.30. On Tuesday, the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, will welcome the attendees, and subsequently there will be two work sessions, the first, 'Crimes and hate behavior', by the prosecutor Jorge Fernández-Picazo. The second, 'Light crimes: certain types of action', by the prosecutor, Miguel Espeja.
On Wednesday the 13th, during the first part of the morning, the magistrates Juan José Casasempere and José Francisco Bernal will conduct the lectures 'Domestic and gender violence' and 'Public recordings, police action and the right to privacy', respectively. On Thursday 14, Judge Ana Isabel García-Galbis will speak on 'Crimes of attack, resistance and disobedience' and the magistrate, José Ricardo García, will speak on the 'Jurisprudential news on crimes in cassation remedies for house interest'. Next the days will be closed by the judge judge of the Courts of Benidorm, José Ricardo García and the councillor of Citizen Security, Lorenzo Martínez.
