The members of the Major Patron Festivities 2026 Commission are presented to Mare de Déu del Sofratge

The Church of Sant Jaume i Santa Anna hosted this morning's Mass for the presentation of the new members of the large organising committee, the Commission responsible for the 2026 Patron Saint Festivities, which is chaired by Ramón Cano.

The religious service was attended by the Councillor for Fiestas, Mariló Cebreros, and other members of the municipal council, as well as Senator Agustín Almodóbar and Regional Deputy José Ramón González de Zárate. The 2025 Queens, Paula Pascual and Aitana Pérez, also participated.

Following the Mass, the Queens and their courts of honour, along with the new Commission and local authorities, proceeded to the Chapel of Our Lady of Suffrage to offer a bouquet and pose for the traditional group photograph.
