The Departure of the Pilgrims marks the conclusion of the Triduum of the Rocío Brotherhood in Benidorm

The Church of Sant Jaume i Santa Anna hosted a solemn mass during which this year's pilgrimage poster, the work by the artist José María Albero, was presented.
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, along with other members of the municipal council and the regional representative, José Ramón González de Zárate, participated in the Eucharist alongside the brotherhood's president, Jesús Malumbres; the 2025 town crier, Antonio Sola; and the Senior Sister, Maribel Sances.
Local festival groups were also present. Among them were the Commission of Major Patronal Festivals, chaired by Susana Martínez; the queens, Paula Pascual and Aitana Pérez; and the Penyes Association, chaired by Jonathan López.
After the religious ceremony, the participants moved to the Castell, where the traditional signing of the Brotherhood's Book of Rules by the Senior Sister and the mayor took place. While signing their dedications, to the sound of the drum and the rociera flute, the brotherhood members danced sevillanas before the eyes of dozens of tourists enjoying the views from this emblematic spot in the city.
Later, in a pilgrimage, and with the simpecado at the forefront, the brothers and sisters headed to the church of La Almudena, headquarters of the Brotherhood of Our Lady of Rocío of Benidorm. Then, in El Moralet, they enjoyed a day with Rociera music.
