Aptur organizes, next week, the fifth congress of apartments and tourist homes

Next week, on 12 and 13, Benidorm will host the fifth National Congress of Apartments and Tourist Homes organized by the employers of Benidorm and the Costa Blanca, a member of the Spanish Federation (Fevitur).

In the presentation of the congress, the Mayor Toni Pérez highlighted “the need to continue advancing permanently in knowledge” and in the importance of this segment, noting that Aptur, the organizer, “is a reference in training, services and debate, constituting a tool for solutions ”. The mayor stressed that "we applaud for the work they do" · because thanks to him "they diagnose to be more effective and sustainable" in that part of the housing segment.

Miguel Ángel Sotillos, president of Aptur has indicated that the congress will deal with issues that affect them in terms of legislation, taxation and new technologies for apartments and tourist homes, also analyzing new market segments. The congress will hold inverse Workshop sessions and will have a motivational talk by the speaker in leadership Emilio Duró.

Sotillos stressed the importance of legal and standardized rent, thanking the City Council for "collaboration with the licenses for urban compatibility and with the organization of this congress" to be held in the Assembly Hall of the municipal building.

There are already a hundred registered sixty professional companies and 35 FP students of the IES Mediterrània who will attend the sessions to get up close to a congress meeting and learn about the housing segment of apartments and tourist homes.
