Toni Pérez meets Horizontes Scout Group before the start of its 45th 'Solar Round'

The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, met this morning with a representation of instructors from the Grupo Scout Horizontes prior to the start of its 45th 'Solar Round', which will begin on October 1 at the hermitage of Sanç.

The Councilor for Youth, Jaime Jesús Pérez, also participated in this meeting; and the councillors of Historical Heritage and Employment and the Environment, Ana Pellicer and Mónica Gómez.

During the meeting, the 'scout' directive has been interested in the next dramatized visits to Tossal de la Cala and in the upcoming start of the works of the youth hostel in the Séquia Mare; and she has advanced some of the activities that are planned in the 'Solar Round' that begins shortly, and among which is the reforestation of green areas in Benidorm. In addition, she has transferred the growing interest of the Benidorm population in scouting, since more and more minors in the city join the movement.
