Newcastle United beat Valencia CF in the final of the Inclusive Costa Blanca Cup tournament

This afternoon has been played the final of the Inclusive tournament of the twenty-fifth edition of the Costa Blanca Cup that has pitted Newcastle United English with Valencia CF and has thrown a final result favorable to the British from 4 to 1. In this edition also Levante UD and Villareal CF have competed.

The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, together with the Councilors of Sports, Arturo Cabrillo; Events, José Ramón González de Zárate; Social Welfare, Ángela Llorca; and Youth, Ana Pellicer, have handed out the trophies to the teams and players after the last match of the Inclusive trophy matches.

"Today we have enjoyed - said Toni Pérez - four teams formed by players with functional diversity that what they do is integration through sports and, at the same time, sports tourism. Therefore, they are following the objectives that we set ourselves with the organization in Benidorm of this type of events ". The mayor recalled that the Costa Blanca Cup brings together 4,200 participants from 278 teams from 17 countries and that it includes 23,000 overnight stays in the city. An event that is "the flagship of sports tourism" that houses Benidorm.
