The II Festival of Magic in Benidorm will take to the street the tricks and the illusionism of the best magicians

The event is held on 27 and 28 May and the central gala will be in Benidorm Palace

The II Magic Festival of Benidorm will fill the streets with tricks and illusions of some of the best national and international magicians on the weekend of May 27 and 28. This was announced today by the councilor for Culture, Ana Pellicer; the person in charge of the event, the magician David Climent, and Mag Malastruc, one of the illusionists who will participate in the festival, whose central gala will be held on Sunday May 28 in Benidorm Palace party hall.

Pellicer stressed that in this second edition, the festival will be "divided in two days" and "will take the streets of Benidorm" to make pedestrians participants of the magic. Specifically, it is planned to make performances in Gambo, Escuelas and Armada Española streets, as well as in Colonia Madrid district.

David Climent, meanwhile, has assured that the level of this second edition will be "very high", with artists "of great trajectory" arrived from diverse points of Spain, Argentina, China, Portugal and Holland. According to him, during the two days of the festival you will be able to see "many different types of magic" such as "comic, children, great illusions and escapism" and even "a challenge of blind driving that is unique in this area" .

Among the team of magicians who will pass for the II Magic Festival of Benidorm are David Climent and Mag Malastruc, Huang Zheng, Juan Mayoral, Lautaro and Mago Murphy.

Mag Malastruc has predicted that "we will amaze" all people who enjoy the performances of this festival, after which the public will "believe in magic"

Finally, Climent thanked "the support" received by the City Hall, and that has allowed "us to evolve from a gala of magic to a great festival of international level."
