Júcar Hydrographic Confederation (CHJ) has decided to terminate the disciplinary proceedings initiated in 2015 against Benidorm City Hall and the private school Lope de Vega by occupation of the bed of Barceló ravine "to have been no negligence or willful conduct." The Water councilman José Ramón González de Zárate, has reported that the CHJ has notified the cancellation of this sanction, amounting to 65,883.33 euros, considering the arguments put forward by the City Hall and by the school center.
