The night passed without incident thanks to security reinforcements and cleaning
The beaches of Benidorm offer their best image from the first hour after the 'Nit de Sant Joan'
The beaches of Benidorm were once again the protagonists of the 'Nit de Sant Joan' in Benidorm yesterday and again with thousands of people on the sand who met again in Levante, Poniente, and Mal Pas to celebrate the arrival of the summer solstice.
The special provision of the City Council for tonight, with reinforcement in the Local Police, Civil Protection, and complementary personnel in the lifeguard and cleaning services, has allowed Benidorm to have lived a night without incidents and that the beaches have maintained their traditional image of cleanliness since the first hour in the morning.
The Councilor for Beaches, Mónica Gómez, took the opportunity to congratulate the officials and staff of the concessionary company for cleaning the beaches "because first thing in the morning everything was ready" to receive the bathers. Gómez has also thanked the "civic behavior" shown by the vast majority of those who chose Benidorm last night to experience the shortest night of the year.
