P.A.I. Sector PP 1/1 Expansion of Levante

By Resolution of the Councilor-Delegate for Urban Planning No. 30/2025 dated January 7, 2025, it has been resolved to submit to public information the Integrated Action Program of the Partial Plan Sector 1/1 Ensanche de Levante of the P.G.M.O. 1990.

During the period of FORTY-FIVE, counting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Journal of the Generalitat Valenciana, interested parties may consult the aforementioned document at the premises of the Urban Planning Department of the Benidorm City Council, Plaza SS. MM. los Reyes de España No. 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and on the website:

www.benidorm.org/areas municipales/urbanismo/planeamiento and gestión/información pública, and formulate, within the same period, the allegations they consider pertinent.

Following the provisions of Article 61.1.a) of Legislative Decree 1/2021, of June 18, of the Consell approving the Revised Text of the Law on Territorial Planning, Urbanism and Landscape, of the Valencian Community, this Announcement is published for general knowledge.
