Autonomy Promotion Service: in the C.S. Jelena there is a social worker and an educator who are dedicated to Home Care.

Equality Units and Community Action service: There is a Senior Equality Specialist and an Equality Agent, located at C-S Jelena. This Unit belongs to the Equality Department and there is continuous coordination between both departments.

Childhood and Adolescence Service: The Specific Intervention Team with Children and Adolescence (EEIIA), composed of a senior specialist and a specialist, is located in the C.S. Jelena.

Gender violence service: It is made up of two psychologists for the 4 (four) centres. A psychologist serves in the C.S. Jelena. The two psychologists also perform their duties in the inclusion services of social centres as well as in the prevention and intervention service with families.
