Reduced Mobility

19 November 2025
Estacionamiento Movilidad Reducida

Benidorm City Council, through the Mobility Department, has created this specific section to facilitate the management of procedures related to the Parking Permit for People with Reduced Mobility.

This permit, regulated in accordance with the Order of 11/01/2001 of the Regional Ministry of Social Welfare and the current Municipal Ordinances, allows people with reduced mobility to park in designated on-street spaces, ensuring their autonomy and making it easier for them to get around.

From this section, citizens can access the formulario (form)

To apply for the card, consult the requirements and download the official application form. The required documentation includes:

A photocopy of your National Identity Document (DNI).
A certificate of disability (minimum 33% and at least 7 points for reduced mobility), certified by the City Hall Secretary.
Two passport-size photographs.
Proof of registration as a resident of Benidorm.
Any other document that may be required.
The application can be submitted at the City Hall's General Registry or at any of the Administrative Extension Offices. Once the application has been processed, the decision will be notified to the applicant or, if applicable, their legal representative.

For more information, the Public Works and Mobility Department can be contacted via email at viapublica@benidorm.org or by phone at +34 96 681 54 91.

This section is another step towards an accessible, inclusive city committed to equal opportunities for all.
