Quality, Environment, Accessibility and Safe Tourism Policy
Benidorm City Council is aware of the importance of providing quality services on its beaches, which is why it is committed to management that guarantees the protection of the coastal environment and the preservation of natural resources of its environment, as well as improving accessibility to the services provided. Therefore, it is committed to carrying out its beach management activities and services with respect for the environment and with established quality criteria through the implementation of a comprehensive management system of quality, environment and accessibility on the beaches and coves of the municipality according to the regulations ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Reglamento EMAS, ISO 13009 (Q de calidad) y Accesibilidad Universal UNE 170001-1 y UNE 170001-2.
These commitments are reflected in our policy which has been developed according to the context of the organization and the strategic direction of the Department of Beaches for compliance with all reference standards within the framework of quality, environment, tourist quality, universal accessibility and safe tourism.
