T'Avalem - Benidorm Jove II

The T'Avalem Projects program of the Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Work, is configured as a combined employment-training program for young people, which aims to improve the employability of young people over the age of 16 years and under 30, by carrying out works or services of general and/or social interest that enable students/workers to carry out effective work through the contract for training and learning, which seek their professional qualification and promote their job placement.

The T'Avalem “Benidorm Jove II” project (Exp. FOTAV/2022/15/03) began on April 24, 2023 and ends on April 23, 2024, hiring 20 student-workers divided into 2 training paths:

-> " 1st Training: Administration and Management: 

• Nivel 1 ADGG0408: "Operaciones auxiliares de servicios administrativos y generales" 
• Nivel 2 ADGG0208: "Actividades administrativas en la relación con el client" 

    FEATURES:

• 1070 hours of specific training.
  30 hours of Occupational Risk Prevention.
  10 hours about the labour market, environmental and gender equality awareness.
  25 hours of computer and Internet literacy.
  40 hours of additional training.
  850 hours of work with administrative tasks carried out in the Municipal offices of Benidorm.

-> 2nd Training: Gardening

• Nivel 1 AGAO0108: "Actividades auxiliares en viveros, jardines y centros de jardinería"
• Nivel 2 AGAO0208: "Instalación y mantenimiento de jardines y zonas verdes"

     FEATURES:

• 640 hours of specific training.
  30 hours of Occupational Risk Prevention.
  10 about the labour market, environmental and gender equality awareness.
  25 hours of computer and Internet literacy.
  40 hours of additional training.
  1145 hours of work on green areas located in the urban gardens and in the rural area of Camí de la Parva.
