About us

Benidorm Employment and Local Promotion Agency is an organization dependent on the Department of Employment, Promotion and Local Development, and its main purpose is to support and manage initiatives and projects capable of revitalizing the economy, promoting entrepreneurial culture, and contributing to the job creation in the municipality. To achieve this, the Agency has both local resources and funding sources from the different Administrations. To achieve these objectives, the Agency's activities are structured in different areas: Employment, Training, and Business Development. This aims to achieve an integrated development of the territory that is capable of increasing the quality of life of citizens.

Objectives of the Employment and Local Promotion Agency

The main objective of Benidorm Employment and Local Promotion Agency is economic promotion and the creation of local employment, as well as increasing the level of socioeconomic well-being of the citizens of the municipality.

Specific objectives

• Increase job insertion, through intermediation between local companies and unemployed groups, promotion and training programs.
  Promotion of business activity, through information, advice, training and incentives for business settlement in the town, as well as the promotion of the Social Economy.
  Coordination of actions and projects carried out in the municipality of Benidorm: training, business promotion, actions aimed at the unemployed, etc.
