Benidorm committed to the elderly

The Municipality of Benidorm, through the Smart Tourism Destination (STD) Management Entity and, in particular, within the Committee for Commitment to Older Adults, is firmly committed to this commitment.

To this end, the City Council and Visit Benidorm Foundation promote initiatives to implement these commitments for residents and tourists.

Our main objective is to efficiently meet the needs of our stakeholders.

To fulfil this commitment, we have defined and approved a Commitment to Older Adults policy, which management reviews annually.

We have multiple accessible and available communication channels to inform, engage, and continuously maintain this policy with all stakeholders in the organisation.

This includes our staff, who, together with the committee, are responsible for complying with all the principles, values, and commitments to older adults detailed below.
