It will count towards scores for public examinations in police, firefighter or personnel security
The Youth Council which coordinates Ana Pellicer, organizes a course on Forest Fire Prevention and Extinction, within its training program that will be developed intensively, the next 21, 22 and 24 November, in the morning and afternoon. Ana Pellicer recalled that the realization of this type of training "counts towards score" when performing examinations, especially for those studying to become policemen, firemen or security staff. "This type of courses, have very good reception" because students acquire a "googd training" to face fires that "unfortunately" occur especially in summer. The course syllabus includes: Safety in fire prevention, legal framework and regulations, special plan against the risk of forest fires, structure, levels, direction and coordination, and systematic actions, means and resources, analysis of the area, zoning and methods of extinction. Pellicer said that the last day of the course "is practical" in which the knowledge acquired will be put into practice. For more information and registration, interested persons can contact the Youth Information Centre at Plaza de SS MM los Reyes de España from 7 to 11 November.
