The second of the 2025 Great Recitals Cycle concerts, organised by the Department of Culture, took place tonight in Benidorm Town Hall Auditorium.
More than 200 people, full capacity, enjoyed ‘Ecos Ibéricos’, performed by Yalodee Duo, a proposal that has its roots in Spanish culture and tradition. Among the attendees, were the Councillor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, and the First Deputy Mayor, Ana Pellicer, who headed the institutional representation.
Yalodee Duo, formed by Alejandro Correas and Benidorm native Iván Mesas, has moved the audience with their ‘Ecos Ibéricos’, made up of emblematic pieces of Spanish music. Among them, the "Suite Española", by Isaac Albéniz; "La Vida Breve", by Manuel de Falla; and "Memories of the Alhambra" by Francisco Tárrega, adapted for percussion and marimba.
Yalodee Duo is characterized by performances that fuse music and dance, covering a wide repertoire of Spanish culture, people, and land.
