The boards of associations of Housewives of Alicante, meet today and tomorrow at the Meliá Hotel in Benidorm, in a training session organized by the Provincial Federation of Housewives and Consumers 'Lucentum', with the support of the Association of Housewives of Benidorm.
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, participated in the inauguration of the event, welcoming the participants and recalling the important role that these associations have for "the development of municipalism at street level", and in aspects "as essential as the consumption". The president of 'Lucentum', Soledad Morales and the association of Benidorm, Vini Pérez, gave a speech.
During today, Friday, housewives will discuss health issues, healthy eating, consumption and eco-labeling. Tomorrow will be the turn of associationism and data protection. The speakers are: Daniel Reina, Alberto Curiel, Ofelia Ripoll and Catalina Aliaga.
