This weekend comes to Benidorm the First Competition of Cider of Asturias
Next September 27, 28 and 29 will take place the First Competition of Cider of Asturias - Benidorm 2018 organized by Casa de Asturias of the Marina Baixa, to be held in the Park of Elche, with the participation of Sidra Cortina, Sidra Menéndez and Sidra Trabanco, belonging to the Regulating Council of the Cider of Asturias DOP
The opening ceremony will be tomorrow, Friday, September 27 at 6:30 p.m., which will be attended by different members of the municipal corporation and representatives of each of the lagares participants in the event: Eloy Cortina de Sidra Cortina; José Manuel Ferrera by Sidra Trabanco and Rafael Iván Vigil by Sidra Menéndez.
The schedule to enjoy this event will be Friday from 6:30 pm to 12:00 am, Saturday all day from 11:00 am and Sunday until 4:00 pm.
The closing ceremony will be on Sunday at 12:00 in charge of Carmen Morillon Entrialgo, mayor of Gijón, with the presence and participation of different representatives of the municipal corporation of Gijón, representatives of the Hospitality Association of the Principality of Asturias - OTEA), technicians from the Asturian culture, as well as representatives of each of the participating lagares.
