The councilor María Jesús Pinto has received this morning at the City Council the students of 'Benidorm VII Employment Workshop' that today begin to provide their services in different municipal offices as work practices. In the training project 'Benidorm VII Employment Workshop' seven women and three men participated in the specialty of 'Administrative activities in relation to clients'.

The Councilor for Employment, M ª Jesús Pinto has reported that "the departments where they will perform their tasks are Registration, Statistics, Citizen Services, OMIC or Local Police, as well as Municipal Administrative Extensions and Social Centers of the Department of Social Welfare. " This training plan confirms the transversality of the project as it combines the training of those unemployed in our city, while at the same time improving, in this case, the attention to our citizens in their local administration. "

'Benidorm VII Employment Workshop', started on December 29 and consists of two specialties. In addition to the students who have started their work practices today, it is expected that in the next few months ten more student-workers will be incorporated who are currently training in the specialties of "Auxiliary operations of rigid finishes and urbanization" and "Pavements and masonry of urbanization ". The latter will carry out their practices paving a section of Parque de la Aigüera.

This employment workshop began on December 29 and is subsidized by LABORA (former Servef) with a total of 399,600 euros, representing 85% of the total cost of the project, which lasts for one year.
