The councillor of Culture recalls that this code, which refers to the bimonthly schedule, is available to the public in municipal buildings and schools and health centers
The QR of the 'Benidorm Cultural' exceeds 20,000 scans
The QR code promoted by the Department of Culture and linked to the 'Cultural Benidorm' programming has already exceeded "20,000 scans", as reported today by the councillor of the department, Jaime Jesús Pérez. As he explained, "We installed these QR codes to reduce the environmental impact of communicating and disseminating our cultural offer and programming, considerably reducing the circulation of the brochure in the physical format". Now, he specified, "the scan figures that the QR accumulates confirm that more and more people are opting for this technological alternative, opting for the online version of 'Benidorm Cultural' ".
In addition to the printed brochure, this QR code, which refers to the 'Benidorm Cultural' program available on the municipal website (https://benidorm.org), is found in municipal facilities and buildings such as the Town Hall, Palau d 'Esports l'Illa and the social, health and school centers.
In any case, the councilor stressed that "we are aware that part of the public that week by week and month by month attends some of the many cultural events in the city are old people who are not always familiar with the use of new technologies. For this reason, we will make the printed brochures”.
