The plenary session will vote a proposal by the mayor to enable compliance with the TSJ ruling about the bus station
The plenary of Benidorm corporation will vote in the next ordinary session, to be held on August 28, a proposal by the mayor, Toni Pérez, to enable compliance with the judgment of October 2007 of the Superior Court of Justice in the Community Valenciana (TSJ) relating to the bus station. This proposal was prepared after the meeting of the Board of Spokespersons held on Friday, which has addressed the entire file on this matter.
The proposal has four agreements. The first, that of "complying with the requirement of municipal intervention" of April 2015 to carry out a new assessment of the buildings and facilities of the station, and "consequently, lift the objection and proceed with the resolution file by mutual agreement and new tender ".
The second point is to "declare that there has been a correct and proper compliance" of the plenary agreement in which it was approved to make a new appraisal. The proposal includes as a third point "to propose, for inclusion in the specifications of the new tender of Benidorm bus station (...) the appraisal value of 25,429,196.76 euros".
The last of the points of the is the notification of the agreement to the interested parties.
