The thirty-seventh edition of Benidorm's 'Bicycle Day for All' heats up the pedals and hopes to exceed a thousand participants on Sunday.
The long-awaited return of 'Bicycle Day for All' is coming soon. Everything is ready so that on March 27, lovers of sports, ecology and sustainable transport meet at 9.30 in the morning at Parque de Foietes in Benidorm.
The Department of Sports, coordinated by Mariló Cebreros, encourages all those who are interested to come and enjoy a morning of coexistence and travel the little more than seven km of the route from the starting point to Paseo de Tamarindos and back. The bunch will travel along the avenues of Jaime I, Armada Española and Vicente Llorca Alós.
When arriving at the destination, it will be time for the prizes. Cebreros recalled today that "all cyclists will receive a number before starting the journey to participate in the raffle for bicycles, helmets, gloves and sports equipment" donated by the collaborating companies, a "playful and fun" way to reward the support of citizenship with the use of bicycles in our city, she said.
