Palau d'Esports hosts the finals of the VII Handball Cup Comunitat Valenciana

The councillor for Sports, Ana Pellicer, the president of the Handball Federation of Valencia, Arturo Tejedor and the vice president of the Benidorm Handball Club, Pedro Muñoz, have presented today at a press conference the final of the VII Handball Cup Comunitat Valenciana to be held on Sunday 4 September at Palau d'Esports l'Illa de Benidorm. The first match will be played in the female category, at 17:30 hours, between Mustang Elche and Valencia Cañamelar hotel. Then the men's final will be played between Fertiberia Puerto de Sagunto and Benidorm Handball Club. Ana Pellicer had words of appreciation for the federation "to choose Benidorm for such an important event," while it was given the "welcome to all who visit us this weekend to enjoy handball". Arturo Tejedor wanted to thank the support of the consistory "for organizing these finals as decisively to support Benidorm Handball". Tejedor said that "the best handball in the Region and the best in Spain are going to be seen" and recalled that in parallel with the celebration of the cup is to be developed the stage of refrees of  Comunidad Valenciana. The head of the Valencian handball praised the welcome that always gives our city and added that "Benidorm always responds and people come to enjoy its climate, cuisine and hospitality". For his part, the vice president of Benidorm Handball Club, Pedro Muñoz, thanked the federation "to think again in Benidorm and the promotion of handball in our city." Muñoz announced that "the matches are free entry to promote Benidorm handball". In addition, the Valencian Federation will broadcast the match in streaming.
