The mayor explained that the start-up of this traffic light has been at "zero cost" for the City Council, and that it is completed "with a parking area next to the up lane" of the avenue with capacity for "around 50 vehicles. "

De Zárate has pointed out that "right now" this traffic jam "is important" as it prevents many students from having to travel to the bus station and the Regional Fire Station to reach Comunidad Europea Avenue, although "in the future" "will still have more relevance " since it will give access to one of the two entrances to Séquia Mare Park ".

The head of Mobility has indicated that "we have proposed this action to solve the connection problem that the Els Tolls neighborhood has with the Salt de l'Aigua area and that could be definitively solved if the Ministry of Housing, Public Works and Vertebration of the Territory will think about its refusal and accept the TRAM tramway project proposed by the City Council ".
