Morning of coexistence among festive associations of Benidorm
The last day of Festes Majors Patronals de Benidorm has dedicated the morning to the coexistence among festive associations. The traditional awakening has caught a good part of the neighbors wide awake and at work since the day is not festive in the town.
At noon the festive entities gathered at Plaza de SS. MM. los Reyes de España where they have been received by the municipal Corporation headed by the mayor, Toni Pérez, together with the councilor for Fiestas, Jesús Carrobles; the Commission chaired by Batiste Rostoll; and the queens, Paula Pérez and Sofía Fuster.
After a refreshment offered by the Commission, the entities, one by one, took the stage to collect copies of the book of the Festes Majors Patronals 2021 and exchange memories.
Shortly after, when the clock in the square struck one in the afternoon, the queens and the president of the Commission pressed the start button of the children's mascletá made by Pirotecnia Turís with 10 kilos of gunpowder and confetti.
