Mobility reports about specific traffic cuts on Wednesday for the commemoration of the International Deafblind Day
The Department of Mobility has reported today the "punctual" traffic cuts that will take place on Wednesday, June 27, in different streets of the center of Benidorm and La Cala for the celebration at Plaza Sus Majestades Reyes de España ( SSMM) of the commemorative act of the International Deafblind Day. An event in which the participation of Her Majesty Queen Doña Letizia, organized by the Federation of Deafblind Associations (FASOCIDE) and which will lead to the closing of the V General Assembly of the WDFB and the 11th Hellen Keller World Conference of this group, which since last Wednesday are being developed in the city.
Specifically, between 09.00 and 10.00 there will be specific cuts in Luís Prendes street, in the vicinity of Gran Hotel Bali, from where around 11 buses will take the participants of the commemorative ceremony to the Plaza SSMM Reyes de España. The same punctual cuts will take place between 10.00 and 14.00 hours in Otoño street and on l'Aigüera Avenue.
The mayor of the area, José Ramón González de Zárate, has asked drivers "as far as possible avoid using these last routes to enter and leave the center of Benidorm during the hours designated to, among all, achieve that mobility be as dynamic as possible despite the restrictions. "
