The Minister of Science and Innovation, Pedro Duque, has visited Benidorm's ‘stand’ this afternoon at Madrid International Tourism Fair (FITUR), where he has been received by the mayor, Toni Pérez; the first deputy mayor, Ana Pellicer; and the Visit Benidorm manager, Leire Bilbao. The mayor has transferred to the minister the details of the PATTI service of smart tourist health care for seniors that Benidorm will put into operation next spring; and have shared impressions about innovation, one of the five axes on which the Smart Tourist Destination (DTI) pivots.
During his visit to the ‘stand’ of Benidorm, Duque has been accompanied by the Minister of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society, Carolina Pascual; and by the regional secretary of Tourism, Francesc Colomer.
