The mayor meets the new managers of AlicanTEC
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, met this morning with the new organizers of AlicanTEC, the Association for the Promotion and Promotion of Technology and the Knowledge Society of Alicante, in an appointment that took place in the office of the Town Hall.
In it, those responsible for AlicanTEC have explained to the mayor the objectives of the association, which are based on the drafting and execution of the new Strategic Plan 2023-2025.
In today's meeting were, in addition to the mayor, the president of AlicanTEC, Antonio Sánchez, and the members of the Board of Directors Mario Villar, Manuel Ciges, and Joaquín Garrido.
AlicanTEC seeks to promote the image of the Spanish southern Mediterranean as an area of technological and residential development by enhancing its value for startups and international technology companies, exploiting one of the habitats with the highest quality of life in the world. It also tries to promote culture and the development of the digital economy in our environment.
It is currently made up of 254 associated companies from the province of Alicante and a network of 451 friends of the association spread throughout the Spanish and international geography.
