Marina Carrillo Sala wins the 'Isidro Cortina' award from Rotary Club for the best student of Marina Baixa
The student Mónica Carrillo Sala has received today from the Governor of the District 2213 of the Rotary Club, Jesús Martínez, the 'Isidro Cortina' award that, in its tenth edition, gives the entity to the student of the Marina Baixa with better qualification in the entrance exams to college.
The event was attended by the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, who congratulated the winner and her parents and family, pointing out “the value of a recognition that rewards the efforts of the students” and congratulating Marina Carrillo “for the capacity and expressed values ”. Marina is a medical student and the mayor has encouraged her "to persevere and care for people, making them happy"
’Isidro Cortina’ Award has celebrated its tenth edition this year at Madeira Centro hotel in Benidorm. The award rewards the effort to the study with a grant of 3,000 euros and is the only one of these characteristics that takes place in Spain.
