'La mar de ciències' can already be seen in the Espai d'Art of Benidorm City Hall
Until July 31 can be visited at the Espai d'Art of Benidorm City Hall the exhibition 'La mar de ciències', a proposal aimed preferably at children, organized by the Department of Culture in collaboration with the Network of Valencian Universities for the promotion of R + D + i (RUDIV) and the Provincial Council of Alicante.
The mayor of Benidorm, along with those responsible for the areas of Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, and the counilwoman of Environment, Mónica Gómez, have made a tour of the exhibition that can be seen by the general public from 9.00 to 14.00 hours .
'La mar de ciències' proposes "immersing yourself in an ocean of scientific curiosities", pointed out Jaime Jesús Pérez. The exhibition, composed of different didactic panels, allows "the approach to scientific knowledge". "We can," he underlined, "discover the sea and its inhabitants in a fun and entertaining way." The mayor also said that "although it is an exhibition aimed at young people, I am sure they will like, and much, citizens in general and people who visit Benidorm at this time."
The RUDIV is a non-profit association in which seven Valencian universities participate, the five public and two private, and which has the sponsorship of the Diputación de Alicante. Its purpose is to promote research, technical development and innovation in the areas of knowledge with initiatives such as 'La mar de ciències', among others.
