The III Benidorm Games Event for Youth arrives at Palau d'Esports

The Youth Department headed by Ana Soliveres has presented today the third edition of the 'Benidorm Games Event' that will take place between October 20 and 22 at Carrer de la Pilota of the Palau d'Esports l'Illa in Benidorm.
“An event – said Soliveres – that in its third call, now consolidated, aims to promote alternative leisure among young people.”

On this occasion, 'Benidorm Games Event' has been planned in different gaming areas. The first, is the Free Zone, PS4, One, Pro, FIDA, Tekken, Forza, Rocket League, and Lego, among others. Likewise, a space with WiFi points for smartphones and tablets will be enabled here.

The second, the Lan Zone will offer 50 positions prepared so that users who come to the Benidorm Games Event' with their peripherals (computers, screens, consoles, etc.) can connect them. The third will be a space dedicated “to debate”, where conferences will be given that “will cover the training aspect of technologies applied to young leisure”. The councilor has announced that there will be three: 'Electronic training as a cultural and social good', 'Video games, and eSports.

Prejudices and realities' and 'How to train a professional eSports player'.

There will be a fourth rest area, next to Carrer de la Pilota, where participants will be able to set up tents.

The activities will take place according to this schedule: Friday, October 20, from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Saturday 21, from 12:00 to 24:00; and Sunday the 22nd, from 00:00 to 24:00.
