The House of Castilla La Mancha celebrates its twenty-fourth Grape Harvest Festival on Saturday

The mayor of Fiestas, Jesús Carrobles; the secretary of the House of Castilla La Mancha, Antonio Mejías; the member of honor 2016, Loren Torres; have presented today the events planned for the celebration of the 24th Grape Harvest Festival in Benidorm, which will take place in the auditorium Oscar Esplá in L'Aigüera Park next Saturday from 19:30.

The Harvest Festival "is our way of extolling the customs of the Castilla-La Mancha in Benidorm" said Antonio Mejías, who added that "this year is very special for us, because although it is the festival 24th, the House celebrates its 25 years. "

Before the festival, the delegation of authorities will pick up the Harvest Queen, Miss Nuria Mejías Díaz, to accompany her with a small parade to Oscar Esplá auditorium. Both the parade and the festival will be entertained with music and dances of the region.

This year, the guests of honor come from the province of Toledo. This is the delegation of Quintanar de la Orden, led by its mayor Juan Carlos Navalón, and the association 'Raíces Manchegas'. The cultural week of Castilla-La Mancha, began on 8 September with the inauguration of a painting exhibition at the Casa del Fester, which is open to the public until September 17.
